Please fix or offer a refund! This app wont load..

This crashes every time we try to open it. I now have a very sad kid.

Got this for my 2nd gen iPad and it crashes immediately after you open the app. Downloaded it for my iPhone and works great. Guess its better suited for the newer models. If it ends up working on my iPad Im changing my rating to 5 stars. ...amending this previous review after updating my iOS on my 2nd gen iPad. Now the game works perfectly. Anyone operating with an older iOS are probably having crashing issues.

Just wasted $2. App wont open even after following the trouble shooting advice.

I purchased the app yesterday but it crashes once it reaches a PBS screen.

I brought the app for my son and after it download, Id open it and it wouldnt stay open. I couldnt used it, and I paid $1.99 for something I cant use..

Dont buy it. Waste of money.

This app doesnt open I want my money back! Asap! My son is upset!

Our kids use a first generation iPad, its the device this game is loaded on. However, the game never proceeds beyond the splash screen. Ive uninstalled, reinstalled, hard rebooted the device, all to no avail. Please update with a fix, my kids are eager to play!!

I bought this app so I expect it to work on the first try. Keeps crashing wont even load. My son was so stoked too.

Just bought this app and it wont load. When I click on it, it says that weve already purchased it, and it will download at no additional charge...??? It never loads. The app doesnt even appear. I would like a fix or a refund. My son saw me download it and is sad that it wont work.

My two year old loves this app. He loves to look at all the dinosaurs and scroll through the train. I would love to have an option to hear to the dinosaur A to Z song as that is one of our favorites. The recent update fixed the noted issues with crashing.

Looking at the reviews, my problem seems to be common. There is nothing to say that this app is not compatible with first gen iPads. What gives?

Opened the app for my child, the PBS face pops up and a few seconds it crashes looking for answers?

I have the original iPad. I did not see any caution about not working on this model. I purchased the app and it wont open. Very frustrated.

Downloaded the app with no problems, hasnt crashed at all like other reviews have stated. My 3 year old loves dinosaurs and this app is excellent! He loves seeing the skeletons of them and feeding them and it has a lot of educational info! Highly recommend.

How can I get a refund?

At first I had trouble getting the app to open. After restarting my iPad and redownloading it it works great! My son LOVES it!

With all positive reviews, I hate to be the negative person, but this app simply does not work. I realize that says it needs iOs 5 or newer.... we got that, the app successfully downloaded, ( which it should not if its incompatible with our system), and still does not launch. I cant even find out how to write to the app developer or ask for a refund. I hope this review gets your attention. Buyer beware !
